SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is FREE for order delivery within Australia (excluding wholesale orders).

WHOLESALE SHIPPING COSTS

For wholesale customers, shipping costs including express post options will be calculated at checkout. 

AUSTRALIA POST DELAYS 

Please note, Australia Post are experiencing significant delivery delays due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes. 

We highly recommend our $9 flat rate Express Post option for a much more timely delivery service. Please note, Express Post is no longer guaranteed next day delivery. Thank you for your patience.

We ship to all states and territories in Australia.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS

We ship retail orders internationally for a flat rate of $22. We will send your order via the most economical method with Australia Post. Express international options are also available at checkout.

Please note, Australia Post is currently experiencing significant delivery delays due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions within international destinations due to COVID-19.  For the latest information about delays and impacts please visit auspost.com.au. 

DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMES

Regular orders are usually dispatched from our Castlemaine studio within 3 business days from receipt of payment. Archival prints are dispatched within 10-14 business working days. For Framed Art prints these may take up to 4 weeks to be dispatched due to printing to canvas turnaround times. You will receive an automated ‘order complete’ email when your order has been shipped.

We will ship using either Australia Post, Fastway Couriers or TNT depending on the size of the package and where we are sending to. You can usually expect to receive delivery within 1 – 10 working days from the date of dispatch. Covid-19 has however caused increased delays as noted above.
