Graphic designer, illustrator and printmaker Lisa Major, loves creating sustainable gifts of joy!
With a background in psychology + teaching, Lisa has worked as a graphic designer + artist for the last 20+ years. Since 2008, she has worked in her own business called Subgreen Design, a boutique sustainable graphic design, web, print & training studio which is now all under the one brand of 'Subgreen Gallery'.
In 2024, alongside her evolving art and design creations, Lisa is also focusing on designing repeated pattern textiles and printing books for authors (self publishing) and also creating her own range of books, through her expertise in illustration, design + printing.
Lisa is so grateful to have two amazing children. She uses her illustration + painting as a way to ground, and relaxing time out for herself. Her art is also informed by her yoga + meditation and listening to irish / scottish fiddle music when she creates her artwork.
Lisa started creating her own artwork in 'Subgreen Gallery' in 2020, with the goal of spreading joy to people around the world.
For any custom art, design, textiles, web or book design, Lisa is looking forward to working with you! With every design project, print project or wall hanging sold, a tree is planted with Carbon Neutral. Since 2008 we have planted 1,033 trees.
